About the position

The position involves supporting Workday configuration and integration development for a large multinational organization, focusing on various human capital management (HCM) functions. The role requires expertise in Workday development tools and aims to enhance user experience across compensation, payroll, talent acquisition, and employee development. The candidate will design and develop interfaces, conduct testing, and ensure compliance with internal audit requirements while maintaining data privacy and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Help support Workday configuration and integration development for HCM, compensation, payroll, talent acquisition, and employee development.
• Design and develop interfaces using Workday Integration tools like EIB, WD Studio, Cloud Connectors, and Document Transformation.
• Conduct unit and integration tests for developed interfaces.
• Create Workday reports for audit purposes and ensure compliance with internal audit teams.
• Assist with Workday research and resolve day-to-day Workday issues.
• Support new Workday requirements and update configurations based on changes.
• Work on CORE HCM functional/technical design documents for enhancements and recommend remediation solutions.
• Maintain Workday security development functions, including designs, configurations, testing, and deployment.
• Provide mapping of employees to security groups for testing and production phases.
• Coordinate with vendors to understand new technology scope and functionality.
• Understand and maintain employees' Data Privacy compliance measures and HR laws.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Database Administration, Data Science, or any IT-centric Engineering discipline.
• Five (5) years of experience in job offered or five (5) years of Workday-related human resource database information services experience.
