About the position

K2United is seeking a Senior Human Resource Operations and Total Rewards Specialist to play a pivotal role in our Human Experience (HX) functional area. This position is essential for ensuring that our employees are supported by seamless processes and strategic systems. The specialist will manage the backbone of our HX infrastructure, which includes benefits and compensation administration, compliance, and people analytics. The role is designed to ensure that our HX operations are smooth, efficient, and aligned with our business goals, ultimately enhancing the employee experience. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in Human Resources, particularly in benefits, HRIS, and legal compliance. This expertise will make them a reliable resource for ensuring smooth processes. The specialist will be expected to have an analytical mindset and attention to detail, driving them to uncover insights and solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy. Collaboration with stakeholders is key, as the specialist will work to elevate program utilization and efficiency while maintaining high standards for employee experience. Additionally, the role requires a strong understanding of legal matters related to employment law and workforce trends, as well as the ability to combine datasets from multiple sources to inform decision-making. In this role, the HR Operations and Total Rewards Specialist will build, maintain, and enhance our HX programs and systems infrastructure. Responsibilities will include collaborating in the design and execution of total rewards programs, advising stakeholders on compensation decisions, implementing and overseeing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing employee data to deliver reliable insights through comprehensive reporting. The specialist will also work to improve HRIS system functionality and promote the utilization of its features, ensuring that the company continues to provide the best employee experience possible.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in the design and execution of total rewards programs.
  • Advise and educate stakeholders on compensation decisions while maintaining accurate employee compensation records.
  • Implement and oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
  • Ensure the company's adherence to all applicable state and federal labor laws and regulations.
  • Gather, organize, and disseminate Human Experience (HX) knowledge to support employees in their roles.
  • Improve HRIS system functionality and promote the utilization of its features.
  • Manage employee data and deliver reliable insights through comprehensive reporting.

Requirements
