About the position

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Siemens is responsible for developing and implementing the People & Organization (P&O) strategy for key business groups within Siemens Digital Industries Software. This role involves acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership, translating business strategies into effective P&O initiatives that drive business performance, and enhancing employee engagement. The position supports globally distributed leadership teams and requires a blend of strategic insight and operational expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with senior business leadership to understand objectives and recommend P&O priorities.
  • Provide coaching and counsel on organization design, workforce planning, and talent management.
  • Drive organizational change management and culture development initiatives.
  • Embed a high-performance culture and manage the performance management process.
  • Collaborate with P&O colleagues to meet customer needs within the business.
  • Ensure compliance with US legal requirements and manage Employee Relations issues.
  • Use data to enhance organizational effectiveness and make recommendations.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment efforts.
  • Own talent and employee development, identifying training needs for business units.
  • Manage special HR projects, including M&A and restructure activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years of relevant P&O experience; Master's degree desired.
  • Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) or other HR certification preferred.
  • Strong coaching, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Business and financial acumen to translate strategy into P&O initiatives.
  • Ability to establish trusted relationships with senior leadership.
  • Experience in a matrixed organization, preferably global.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
