This role is crucial in providing effective HR support to the VP of Operations and will involve close collaboration with the operations leadership team. The Senior HR Manager will act as a strategic partner and advisor within the operations leadership team for the North American CSS division, focusing on driving progress in key areas such as Employee Engagement, Talent Development, Cultural Advancement, and Diversity-Equity-Inclusion initiatives. The role will also emphasize bolstering Organizational Effectiveness to support the rapid growth of the business, both organically and through acquisitions. The Senior HR Manager will lead a dedicated team of HR professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR solutions that meet the needs of leaders, managers, and associates. This position will foster an environment of growth and continuous improvement, aligning human resources programs and initiatives with strategic objectives and annual operating plans. The successful candidate will develop strategies for union negotiations and avoidance, serve as a performance coach for operations leaders, and manage the capabilities of the HR team to support business initiatives. Additionally, the Senior HR Manager will lead the Talent Review Excellence (TRX) process and utilize effective change management approaches to implement continuous improvement initiatives with minimal disruption to stakeholders.
