About the position

As a Senior Human Resources Manager at The Judge Group Inc., you will serve as an Employee Relations Specialist, playing a pivotal role in addressing workplace concerns and ensuring they are resolved in a fair and timely manner. This part-time position, requiring 20-25 hours per week, will be based in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, with a hybrid work model allowing for in-office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with the Compliance & Integrity and Legal teams to manage Ethics Line issues, thereby minimizing organizational risk. You will also be tasked with coaching leaders on the Performance Improvement Process, ensuring that they are equipped to handle employee performance issues effectively. In this role, you will establish consistent employee relations practices and tools, track employee relations issues across various functions, and identify trends that may indicate training needs. Regular communication with the Enabling Functions HRBP team will be essential, as you will provide status reports and make recommendations aimed at enhancing leadership capabilities within the organization. Your expertise in employee relations will be critical in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Address workplace concerns in accordance with relevant laws and CHS policies.
  • Partner with Compliance & Integrity and Legal to handle Ethics Line issues and participate in investigations.
  • Coach leaders on the Performance Improvement Process, including feedback on Improvement Plans.
  • Establish consistent processes and tools for handling ER situations.
  • Track employee relations issues across Enabling Functions to identify trends and training needs.
  • Provide regular status reports to the Enabling Functions HRBP team.
  • Make recommendations to enhance leadership capabilities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of HRBP or related experience.
  • 4+ years of direct experience in Employee Relations.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and their practical application.
  • Project management experience.
