About the position

The Senior iOS Developer Level 3 role is focused on enhancing app building components managed by the Content Management System (CMS) named AMP. This position involves collaborating with digital experience and marketing teams to develop customer-facing mobile applications that support eCommerce goals. The developer will lead agile scrum teams, oversee the development of mobile applications, and may mentor junior developers while ensuring adherence to architectural standards and platform integrity.

Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing enhancement of app building components managed by the Content Management System (AMP).
• Participate in the discovery and implementation of new CMS powered assets and components.
• Lead and drive agile scrum teams forward.
• Collaborate with internal teams and 3rd party partners to develop customer-facing mobile applications.
• Oversee a team of iOS developers as needed.
• Ensure adherence to CI/CD, architecture standards, and security/privacy concerns.
• Maintain and deliver mobile applications, including meal planning and eCommerce apps.
• Implement telemetry relay systems for analytics and logging.
• Ensure backward compatibility and stewardship of platform integrity.
• Utilize design patterns and architectural restraints for building reusable software components.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing iOS Apps, with a focus on Swift and knowledge of Objective-C and xCode.
• Prior experience as an iOS Developer Lead is a plus.
• Experience with project planning for large or complex projects.
• Solid understanding of mobile application development processes, including UI layout, backend systems, and API integrations.
• Strong appreciation for Agile tools, processes, and methodology.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with telemetry and analytics in mobile applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices in mobile development.
