About the position

The Senior iOS Developer position at a well-funded startup in West Hollywood involves developing advanced iOS applications and collaborating with a high-powered team. The role requires participation in testing, product support, and bug fixes, with a preference for candidates who can work on-site initially, transitioning to a hybrid model after a few weeks.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with other developers and the design/product team to develop world-class user experiences for the iOS operating system.
• Build and manage advanced applications for the iOS platform.
• Participate in unit testing and application performance.
• Participate in product support and bug fixes.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in iOS mobile development.
• Completion of one complex mobile application and participation in the full life cycle of the app at minimum.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented software principles, design patterns, and agile methodologies (preferred).
• In-depth understanding of mobile development best practices and the ability to communicate them to team members.
• Demonstrated experience with iOS tools Cocoa Touch/Objective C and web architectures and services such as HTTP, REST, SOAP.
• Demonstrated experience with automated builds (Jenkins) and version control systems.

Nice-to-haves

• C/C++ experience is a plus.
