The Senior IAM Product Analyst (Certificate Services) at HCA Healthcare plays a crucial role in supporting large, complex, and distributed Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, with a specific focus on Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM). This position is responsible for documenting and providing solutions for Certificate Services-related issues while efficiently escalating advanced problems to the appropriate team resources. The analyst will work continuously to enhance how business owners utilize HCA's PKI and CLM platforms, aiming to reduce risk and improve certificate lifecycle processes. In this role, the Senior IAM Product Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to implement and support digital certificate solutions that align with organizational needs and goals. The position requires a high degree of self-motivation, excellent communication, documentation, and relationship-building skills. The analyst will work closely with the Information Protection and Security (IPS) department to implement and support technologies that achieve HCA's cybersecurity objectives. The responsibilities include maintaining processes and reports to track Certificate Lifecycle, providing documented educational materials for Certificate Owners, updating and maintaining the HCA certificate inventory, and contributing to discussions related to Certificate Automation and Lifecycle. The analyst will also assist with triaging Certificate Services incidents and requests, maintaining documentation of relevant policies and procedures, and monitoring Certificate Services Server Infrastructure. Timely and accurate reporting of issues and status to leadership is essential, as is participation in a collaborative environment that encourages information sharing and team-based solutions. The analyst will coordinate improvement efforts and engage with vendors as needed, serving as a Certificate Services analyst on various projects while adhering to the organization's Code of Conduct and Mission and Value Statement.
