The Senior Illustrator at Sprinklr is a pivotal role that combines exceptional illustration skills with experience in animation and product design. This position involves collaborating with product design, engineering, and marketing teams to create visually compelling and interactive experiences that enhance user engagement and communicate the brand's values. The role focuses on developing high-quality illustrations and animations that align with the company's visual identity, while also ensuring consistency across various products and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality illustrations that align with the brand's visual identity and design standards across various products and marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging animations and motion graphics that enhance the user experience and provide additional layers of storytelling within products.
• Partner with the product design team to conceptualize and refine visual assets, icons, illustrations, and animations that support product goals and improve usability.
• Understand and integrate user feedback and data insights to develop designs that enhance product functionality and engagement.
• Work with the marketing and brand teams to ensure consistency in style, tone, and messaging across all visual touchpoints.
• Explore new styles, techniques, and tools to push creative boundaries and keep visuals fresh and relevant.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in illustration, with a portfolio demonstrating a strong foundation in both 2D/3D illustrations and animation.
• Proficiency in motion design and animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar) with a clear understanding of animation principles.
• Experience collaborating with product designers, a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, and the ability to design assets that support and enhance the user experience.
• Skilled in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
• Ability to creatively solve complex visual challenges and convey information effectively through illustration and motion.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience creating illustrations and animations specifically for digital products, with an understanding of how visual elements contribute to usability.
• Skilled in creating illustrations and animations that tell a story or convey a complex idea in a simple and engaging way.
