About the position

The Senior Implementation Manager at BriteCore is responsible for leading the implementation of the company's cloud-based core insurance platform. This role involves managing multiple high-impact projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that implementations align with project goals, timelines, and budgets. The position requires a strong focus on customer relationships and effective communication to drive successful outcomes and optimize processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of BriteCore's platform, ensuring alignment with accelerated 4-9 month project goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Act as the key point of contact with large customers, providing a world-class experience and managing expectations to prevent scope creep.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and drive business requirements, project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Optimize implementation processes to reduce costs and timelines while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Interface with and report progress to executives at BriteCore and the customer, providing regular updates on project status.
  • Manage team resource allocation across projects, ensuring milestone achievement and tracking actual effort for future scheduling.
  • Facilitate meetings that lead to actionable outcomes and decisions, including follow-up communication.
  • Manage, communicate, and escalate potential risks and challenges transparently, outlining mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience leading complex SaaS implementation projects.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience working in the Property & Casualty (P&C) space.
  • 2+ years of experience working at a scaling startup.
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships and setting expectations.
  • Ability to stay organized while adapting quickly to changing priorities.
  • Experience managing high-pressure situations with a professional approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with project management platforms and tools (e.g., Jira, Wrike, Asana, Monday, Clickup, Microsoft Project).

Nice-to-haves
