About the position

The Senior Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing project documentation and ensuring successful project implementation through quality control and process improvement. This role involves reviewing key project documents, identifying errors, and providing strategic input to enhance project performance and resource efficiency. The position requires a strong understanding of engineering processes and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review key project documentation to identify strategies for improving schedule performance and resource efficiency.
• Identify errors or misconceptions in project documentation for successful implementation.
• Validate the quality of all Work Order Tasks (WOT) associated with assigned scope prior to field activities.
• Remediate identified WOTs that lack quality or contain errors.
• Review and provide improvements to testing and acceptance plans.
• Identify activities that would benefit from mock-ups and provide guidance on their effectiveness.
• Communicate personal Operating Experience and identify industry-related experiences for project activities.
• Develop response strategies for Operating Experience examples.
• Serve as the ASME PIC for Section XI Repair & Replacement Plan work scope as needed.

Requirements

• Skilled in Enterprise Management Software (Asset Suite, SAP, etc.).
• Familiar with logic-driven schedules generated by Primavera and/or Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of code and regulatory requirements related to maintenance and field work activities.
• Experience with error reduction and human performance improvement methods.
• Understanding of cost-effective work execution methodologies.
• Familiarity with procedures and processes related to maintenance and engineering activities.
