About the position

The Senior Implementation Specialist for Retirement & Private Wealth at HUB is responsible for executing a comprehensive deployment plan for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM instance. This role involves readiness and cutover activities, interaction with key business stakeholders, and managing a phased deployment across all office locations. The specialist will provide support throughout the deployment process and ensure that production systems are functional post-cutover.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate CRM deployments across multiple sites, executing the rollout plan and readiness checklists in a staged rollout
  • Ensure the deployment plan and activities are communicated and adequately resourced to support users during the transition
  • Ensure high quality manual and automated data migration are completed within a timely manner
  • Manage business communications, software installation and configuration, user setup and access in consultation with business users
  • Support the training team in their efforts for business users
  • Drive user adoptions and generate excitement for the implementation of the CRM platform
  • Conduct post-deployment reviews to evaluate, document, and capture recommendations for improvement
  • Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations
  • Identify, resolve and manage deployment risks and issues
  • Track and report on solution deployment issues and defects
  • Manage business expectations for the CRM rollout plan

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics; Microsoft Dynamics certification is a plus
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks in a largely unsupervised setting
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced, quickly evolving work environment, specifically with various technologies
  • Detail oriented, quick learner, problem solver
  • Ability to travel to the corporate office and/or HUB locations, as needed
  • Financial services knowledge, specifically 401(k) and wealth management
  • Experience in software solution deployment management across multiple facilities
