The Senior Operations Manager is a senior leader in the Adidas North American Supply Chain organization responsible for overseeing the distribution center operations in Spartanburg, SC. They will also support driving improvement in supply chain efficiency and costs reduction and a balanced approach to developing executive leaders for future growth and assignments. We are looking for a smart, analytical, and innovative leader who will lead these areas in a scalable way that will support rapid growth as well as our long-term business strategy. This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on Adidas' largest sales supporting campus. A successful candidate will possess superb business judgment, supply chain experience, and strong skills in working collaboratively and cross-functionally. The candidate must also possess a proven track record of delivering results. They will have strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving and decision-making abilities. This individual will be a strong people leader with the ability to effectively manage multiple layers of management across a multiple shift operation. The position requires an individual who can work both autonomously and collaboratively in a demanding and often ambiguous environment with strong attention to detail and effective prioritization.
