About the position

The position is responsible for the accounting and administration of company incentive compensation programs, ensuring data integrity and providing accurate analysis and guidance on incentive plans. The role involves collaboration with management to standardize compensation options, develop financial analyses, oversee documentation, and communicate changes effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze data from various sources to ensure data integrity for incentive compensation analysis.
  • Provide guidance on incentive compensation plan options to Regional and Branch Management.
  • Develop and review pro forma analysis on changes to incentive plans to assess financial impact.
  • Oversee documentation of incentive plans, including updates and maintenance of signed documents.
  • Generate and distribute monthly reports to plan participants and management summarizing performance and payouts.
  • Perform system maintenance to reflect changes in incentive plans and communicate these changes to relevant parties.
  • Analyze system needs and recommend future changes or upgrades to the incentive compensation system.
  • Review monthly accruals and actual payouts for accuracy and reasonableness.
  • Respond to inquiries from management and associates regarding incentive plans and payout calculations.
  • Collaborate with Compensation and Payroll to ensure accurate employee information and payment processing.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 years of age or older.
  • Must pass pre-employment assessment(s) if applicable.
  • 3-5 years of financial analysis experience developing pro forma analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree or certification in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience administering incentive plans across a large multi-state organization is a strong plus.
  • Experience with Alteryx, Workday HCM, and/or Xactly Sales Performance Management Platform is a strong plus.
  • Robust financial modeling and analysis skills.
