About the position

The Senior Incentive Compensation Analyst is responsible for the accounting and administration of the company's incentive compensation programs. This role involves gathering and analyzing data from various sources to ensure data integrity and provide accurate insights for decision-making. The analyst will work closely with management to guide incentive compensation plan options, develop financial analyses, oversee documentation, and ensure accurate payouts.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Regional and Branch Management to provide guidance on incentive compensation plan options.
  • Develop and review pro forma analysis on requested changes and additions to incentive plans.
  • Oversee incentive plan documentation, including updating plans and maintaining files of signed documents.
  • Generate and distribute monthly reports to plan participants and management recapping actual performance and payout amounts.
  • Perform system maintenance to reflect changes in incentive plans and communicate these changes to appropriate parties.
  • Review monthly accruals and actual payouts for accuracy and reasonableness.
  • Respond to inquiries from management and associates regarding incentive plans and payout calculations.
  • Collaborate with Compensation and Payroll to ensure employee information is accurate within HR/Payroll systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 years of age or older.
  • 3-5 years of financial analysis experience developing pro forma analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Experience administering incentive compensation plans.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Alteryx, Workday HCM, and/or Xactly Sales Performance Management Platform.
  • Robust financial modeling and analysis skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
