About the position

The Senior Industrial Ops. Engineer - Quality Inspector role focuses on implementing innovative solutions to enhance business operations, improve quality, and increase customer satisfaction while reducing costs in the Aerospace sector. The position requires strong leadership in quality projects and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain preventive quality standards deployment activities and engage the team to meet strict deadlines.
• Promote a quality culture throughout the company as an agent of change.
• Investigate and identify risks associated with quality processes.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance of all documentation related to aircraft certification.
• Implement changes or improvements to ensure compliance in manufacturing processes.
• Define and implement plans such as audits and projects.
• Work effectively under pressure to achieve objectives.
• Document and standardize key processes to meet quality objectives.
• Optimize knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Quality and/or Process Engineering (3-5 years).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Aeronautics/Aerospace sector.
• Knowledge of PPV methodology.
• Familiarity with standards and regulations (AS9100, TCCA, FAA, EASA).
• 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
