About the position

The Senior Quality Inspector role at Capgemini Engineering focuses on enhancing quality standards and processes within the Aerospace sector. Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain preventive quality standards deployment activities.
• Engage the team to meet strict deadlines.
• Promote a quality culture throughout the company.
• Investigate and identify risks.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and problem solving.
• Ensure compliance of all documentation related to aircraft certification.
• Make improvements to departments to ensure aircraft compliance.
• Define and implement plans such as audits and projects.
• Work under pressure to ensure continuous improvement.
• Document and standardize key processes to achieve objectives.
• Optimize knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Quality and/or Process Engineering (3-5 years).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Aeronautics/Aerospace.
• Knowledge of PPV methodology.
• Specific knowledge of standards and regulations (AS9100, TCCA, FAA, EASA).
• 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
