As a Senior InfoSec Site Reliability Engineer focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM) at Aurora, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and availability of our InfoSec and Enterprise infrastructure services. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about security and infrastructure, and who are eager to contribute to the development of a safer and more efficient transportation ecosystem. You will be responsible for designing and supporting a variety of infrastructure solutions in collaboration with engineering and security teams. Your expertise will be essential in managing and evolving our IAM platform, which is a hybrid of Software as a Service (SaaS) and internally developed systems. In this role, you will develop and utilize tooling and processes that support and scale the adoption of our IAM platform across various teams within the organization. You will also create and implement observability, metrics, alerting, and runbooks to ensure that our systems are monitored effectively and can respond to incidents promptly. Additionally, you will participate in the InfoSec Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) 24/7 on-call rotation, providing support for InfoSec services and ensuring that our security infrastructure remains robust and reliable. This position requires a strong background in cloud infrastructure, information security, and site reliability engineering, with a focus on IAM. You will need to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to negotiate and prioritize tasks effectively, and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. Your contributions will directly impact the security posture of our organization and help us achieve our mission of making transportation safer and more accessible for all.
