About the position

Parsons is seeking a Senior Information Assurance Manager/Cybersecurity (IA/Cybersecurity) to support a significant multi-million dollar Army program based in Fort Belvoir, VA. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Information Assurance for the developed and implemented systems, serving as the single point of contact for this critical functional area. Your expertise will be essential in identifying and analyzing system security, Privacy Act, and Information Security requirements, ensuring that all protocols are met and maintained. You will design, develop, engineer, and implement solutions that align with security requirements, providing integration and implementation of the system security solution. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and updating documentation as necessary to support the security posture of the system. This position is integral to our Federal Solutions team, which delivers vital resources to our US government customers, ensuring the success of missions globally. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of Information Assurance of the developed and implemented system.
  • Provide a single point of contact for the Information Assurance functional area.
  • Identify and analyze system security, Privacy Act, and Information Security requirements.
  • Design, develop, engineer, and implement solutions that meet security requirements.
  • Provide integration and implementation of the system security solution.
  • Develop and update documentation to support the security posture of the system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 6 or more years of prior relevant experience.
  • Six (6) to Nine (9) years of related experience in Information Assurance or Cybersecurity.
  • Possess a current Secret clearance or above.
  • Must be a US Citizen, without Dual Citizenship.
