About the position

The Senior Information Security Compliance Analyst at Iron Mountain is responsible for ensuring compliance with external customer and regulatory requirements. This role supports the Information Security group by managing compliance audits, collaborating with business stakeholders, and responding to customer inquiries related to information security and IT practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage various compliance audits to ensure timely deliverables by coordinating with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Confer with business stakeholders to discuss new controls and compliance needs related to new business lines.
• Provide prompt responses and support to customers for audit questionnaires or RFP processes related to Information Security and IT practices.
• Support the Manager of Information Security Compliance in managing the Information Security Awareness Program.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills to translate technical concepts to various audiences.
• Ability to manage demands of internal and external customers and auditors through various communication channels.
• Strong organizational skills to handle fast-paced and demanding requests within defined service levels.
• Ability to collaborate with other groups to influence the collection of information required for compliance.
• Familiarity with PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, HiTrust, SOC 1, and SOC 2/3 frameworks.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience.
