The Senior Information Technology Project Manager at Insight Global is a pivotal role that requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to oversee and deliver IT projects with a strong emphasis on Agile methodologies. This position is based in Deerfield Beach, Florida, and operates on a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence three times a week. The role is structured as a six-month contract with a maximum pay rate of $70 per hour. The ideal candidate will possess extensive project management experience, particularly in managing project costs and leading cross-functional teams. Familiarity with ADO boards and Service Now is essential, while experience with Microsoft Azure migration or modernization projects is highly desirable. In this role, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects that involve multiple vendors and departments, ensuring complex integrations are handled efficiently. The candidate will facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables, and will develop and manage comprehensive project plans that include external integrations and dependencies. The position requires defining, leading, and coordinating project teams, as well as managing project budgets, including monthly forecasting and accrual tracking. The Senior Project Manager will also be tasked with identifying project risks and issues, developing and executing mitigation plans, and managing project changes to achieve desired goals. Monitoring and reporting project status to all stakeholders is a critical aspect of this role, along with timely escalation of concerns. The Senior Project Manager will provide guidance and direction to external vendors as necessary and participate in project quality audits. Additionally, the role may involve facilitating the development of Requests for Information/Proposals (RFI/RFP) for external services, ensuring that all project requirements are met with high standards of quality and efficiency.
