Senior Innovation UI/UX Designer

About the position

As a UX/UI Designer, you will lead the design of intuitive, visually engaging user experiences that seamlessly integrate the physical and digital realms. Working closely with designers, engineers, and stakeholders, you'll own the end-to-end design process-from concept to execution-crafting user-centered interfaces that elevate customer journeys and resonate across all touchpoints. You'll design user journeys that flow naturally between hardware and software interactions, focusing on everything from button ergonomics and haptic feedback to GUI transitions. Your role will be instrumental in shaping AI-driven innovation and hybrid experiences that bridge tangible interfaces with digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Guide the design process from concept to execution, including wireframing, HW/SW prototyping, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Create intuitive, visually compelling interfaces focused on usability, accessibility, and engagement.
• Visualize user scenarios that guide users through impactful digital experiences.
• Craft seamless experiences that bridge physical interfaces and digital systems, designing detailed user journeys across hardware and screen-based interactions, considering button ergonomics, haptic feedback, and GUI transitions.
• Develop high-quality UI elements and graphical assets to enhance usability and visual appeal.
• Work closely with team leaders, engineers, and stakeholders to align on user needs, business requirements, and design objectives.
• Build interactive prototypes using physical mockups and digital wireframes to demonstrate and refine design solutions.
• Stay informed on industry trends, especially in AI and design innovations, to continuously elevate the platform.
