About the position

The Senior Client Operations Analyst at Fisher Investments plays a crucial role in managing the onboarding and maintenance of accounts for international institutional investors. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including Asset Management Sales and Client Service Relationship Managers, custodians, and internal teams, to ensure smooth operations and compliance in a complex international trading environment. The role also focuses on process improvements and project management to enhance service delivery for institutional clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding of new institutional segregated and fund accounts.
• Act as a subject matter expert on international institutional funds and separately managed accounts.
• Assist Institutional Sales and Client Services Relationship Managers with complex client service requests.
• Create, develop, document, and implement workflows and process improvements for international institutional investors.
• Understand and document non-standard operational issues typical of accounts trading in international markets.
• Coordinate with custodians to support institutional accounts and negotiate contracts between clients and internal teams.
• Monitor compliance issues related to the international institutional industry and internal requirements.
• Communicate detailed account information to senior members of the company.
• Aid the Institutional Client Operations Team Leader in ongoing team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the financial services industry.
• Familiarity with securities, financial markets, and institutional account types.
• Experience in customer/client service.
• Project management experience with the ability to adjust workload based on priority.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, accountable, and motivated.
