About The Position
The Senior Instructional Designer at DTE Energy is responsible for leading the development of training content and providing guidance for training and development initiatives. This role involves collaborating with business units to create effective training solutions, assessing the effectiveness of training programs, and mentoring team members. The position supports the Learning and Technical Development (LATD) Shared Services organization and requires a strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
