Our Workforce Experience Team is hiring a Senior Instructional Designer to join their team on a temporary to possible permanent basis in the USA. This team at EPAM helps clients realize digital transformation by identifying and bridging gaps in employee knowledge, behaviors, and mindset. We design, develop, and implement a variety of solutions for online and in-person learning—including videos, articles, podcasts, interactive eLearning, coaching, experiential learning, instructor-led training, and assessments—using the latest insights from the learning sciences. In other words, we go beyond “training” to create learning experiences that really work. As a Senior Instructional Designer, you will analyze learning needs and design engaging, interactive learning experiences that enhance the learning process and are aligned with learning objectives. You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify the learning needs of the target audience and collaborate with client stakeholders on learning design and methodologies for project delivery. Your role will involve using instructional design methodologies to develop engaging and interactive learning content, including storyboards, scripts, audio, video, simulations, assessments, and visual aids. You will visualize instructional graphics and the learner experience by working collaboratively with graphic designers and multimedia developers to create a compelling and innovative end product. Additionally, you will develop assessment methods to measure the effectiveness of learning programs, elements, modules, or courses and gather feedback from learners and stakeholders. Managing multiple learning projects simultaneously will be essential, ensuring tasks are completed within the agreed timeline, budget, and quality standards. You will also stay current with emerging learning trends, adult learning principles, and learning technologies.
