The Senior Instructional Designer is responsible for the design and development of e-learning courseware across various modules. This role involves creating and maintaining PowerPoint presentations, tutorials, and other knowledge management documentation deliverables. The ideal candidate will utilize authoring tools, particularly Adobe Captivate, to develop SCORM-compliant e-learning courseware. This position requires a strong understanding of instructional design concepts, including storyboarding, summative and formative assessments, and the ability to create engaging quizzes and assessments. In addition to courseware development, the Senior Instructional Designer will create software simulation tutorials that incorporate text-to-speech features. Collaboration with the on-site team is essential to ensure the smooth delivery of projects, and the designer must adhere to strict delivery schedules and style guide compliance. The role demands a self-driven individual who can work independently while also being an effective team player. The Senior Instructional Designer will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong analytical skills to understand and analyze product functionalities. The position requires 4-8 years of experience in instructional design, along with a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and have a solid foundation in project management fundamentals and time management.
