The Senior Instructional Designer position is a critical role responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of curricula and training programs aimed at enhancing employee performance across various functions. This role involves conducting thorough needs assessments to identify training requirements, selecting appropriate instructional models, and creating engaging instructional content tailored to the needs of the audience. In this position, the designer will engage in standard to moderately complex instructional design projects, requiring a minimum of four years of relevant design or development experience. The Senior Instructional Designer will also be responsible for creating comprehensive learning solutions that incorporate various delivery methods, such as eLearning, video, simulations, and instructor-led training, to meet specific business and performance objectives. Additionally, the designer will be expected to mentor less experienced designers, promote collaboration among project participants, and maintain current knowledge of industry trends and tools.
