About the position

As a Senior Instructional Designer & Content Developer at Workday, you will play a crucial role in developing learning materials that enhance employee skills across the organization. This position involves collaborating with business partners to identify skill needs and creating innovative learning experiences through various modalities, including e-learning and instructor-led training. You will be a key member of the Talent Experience Team, focused on delivering impactful learning experiences that support employee growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop both instructor-led training and on-demand e-learning across various topics.
• Advise on instructional design strategy and recommend learning methods and measurement strategies for new programs.
• Build a variety of assets to support learning programs, including videos and instructor materials.
• Lead design projects and enable collaboration among advisors and subject-matter experts.
• Collaborate with partners to build project plans and assess course effectiveness against objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, content development, or graphic design.
• Experience in instructional design and learning development.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
• Knowledge of video design/editing and graphic design.
• Experience with Articulate Rise platform.
