About the position

The Senior Instructional Designer at Compass is responsible for creating interactive and engaging learning programs for Customer Support teams. This role involves crafting learning strategies, maintaining graphic design standards, and ensuring effective implementation of learning solutions. The designer will analyze learning needs, develop relevant materials, and continuously improve learning experiences based on feedback and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Craft the strategy behind the learning experience, including graphic design standards and learner experiences.
• Maintain strong relationships with Support Ops, Vendor and Workforce Management, and vendor partners to align learning priorities.
• Analyze learning needs and design engaging learning experiences for support associates.
• Develop relevant learning materials for both onshore and offshore support teams.
• Implement evaluation strategies to assess the effectiveness of learning solutions and gather feedback.
• Stay current with industry trends and recommend innovative approaches for enhancing learning experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years in project management or a related field.
• Prior experience within or supporting Customer Support functions such as IT, Product Support, and Vendor Management.
• Experience managing projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
