About the position

Total Training Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Learning and Development Consultant to design and develop training courses and materials. This role focuses on creating effective learning experiences and collaborating with stakeholders to meet client training needs. The position is primarily remote, requiring occasional onsite meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develops and designs courses and curriculum.
• Edits and develops online learning materials.
• Creates learning experiences and environments.
• Designs learning activities, assignments, and assessments.
• Creates computer-based training (CBT) modules and storyboards.
• Collaborates with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong analytical mind with decision-making and critical thinking skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Storyline and Rise for online course design.
• Consultative guidance and feedback skills.
