About the position
The Senior Integrated Logistics Support Manager at Amentum is responsible for directing and managing logistics operations for an Army program office at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This role involves planning, coordinating, and evaluating Integrated Product Support (IPS) for complex weapon systems, ensuring effective logistics management and support for acquisition programs.
Responsibilities
- Utilize knowledge of IPS functions for acquisition programs including maintenance planning, supply support, and training.
- Assist in developing and executing product support strategies and packages for acquisition programs.
- Provide ILS/production support on acquisition logistics management activities, including documentation development and regulatory evaluation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of integrated logistics support experience, or a high school diploma/GED and at least 10 years of experience.
- Active Secret US Government Clearance required.
- At least 3 years of experience supporting a DoD or Army program office related to weapon systems.
- Experience briefing senior leadership.
Nice-to-haves
- Current U.S. passport.
- DAWIA Level I, II, or III Acquisition Lifecycle Logistics certification.
- Experience with Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs) and related documentation.
