About the position

The Senior Integration Engineering Manager is responsible for supporting key customers in the installation, integration, and testing of complex location-based services software solutions. This role involves deploying enterprise application software in customer production networks and cloud-based environments, requiring strong engineering problem-solving skills, troubleshooting abilities, and effective communication. The position demands a rigorous work ethic and the initiative to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support key customers in installing, integrating, and testing complex location-based services software solutions.
• Coordinate with customers for the installation and integration of enterprise application software into their environments, including private clouds.
• Work closely with project managers to deploy enterprise software and complete application acceptance testing with customers.
• Maintain and support deployed enterprise software applications in production environments.
• Collaborate with Software and Systems Engineers to resolve integration and product issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Linux-Unix/Linux-Unix Networking.
• 2 to 5 years of experience with enterprise application software.
• Experience with virtualization/cloud technologies such as Openstack, Kubernetes, and Ansible.
• 1 to 5 years of software testing experience in a Linux-Unix environment.
• 2 to 5 years of Unix-Linux Scripting and SQL Scripting experience.
• 2 to 5 years of experience with relational databases.
• Familiarity with network management tools/utilities such as SNMP and Wireshark.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Location Based Services and/or SMSC.
• Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Scripting skills to support and/or create deployment scripts.
• Knowledge of 3GPP, 3GPP2, and OMA Standards.
• Familiarity with GSM, UMTS, LTE, and CDMA technology.
• Experience installing hardware solutions in data centers.
