About The Position
Parsons is seeking a Senior Intel Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive recruitment strategies aimed at attracting a well-qualified and cleared candidate pool. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in recruiting within the Federal contracting industry, particularly for technical roles requiring security clearances. You will be part of a high-performing team that values collaboration and innovation, working closely with hiring managers and director-level leadership to design effective recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill positions. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our corporate team, which is dedicated to driving advancements in national security and critical infrastructure markets. As a Senior Intel Technical Recruiter, you will perform full life cycle recruitment for assigned vacancies, which includes sourcing, qualifying, and vetting candidates. Building relationships with top talent and establishing a pipeline of qualified candidates will be key components of your role. You will also craft and communicate external recruiting strategies that target key communities, ensuring that you maintain regular communication with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Your ability to provide recruiting support to multi-site operations and build partnerships with geographically dispersed staff will be essential in this position. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing and recruiting, particularly for technical positions that are challenging to fill. You will leverage your experience in change management, interviewing, and negotiation to establish trust and credibility with candidates and hiring managers alike. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of recruiting experience within the Federal contracting industry, with a proven track record of success in recruiting cleared technical candidates in a fast-paced environment.
