The Leidos National Security Sector is seeking a Senior Interactive Graphic Designer / Developer to support a U.S. federal government intelligence agency. This role is pivotal in enhancing the analytical capabilities of the agency by transforming complex information into engaging visual narratives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with analysts to understand their requirements and utilize their graphic design expertise to create high-quality intelligence products. This position is contingent upon contract award and requires an active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with Polygraph. In this role, you will leverage technology to design and develop a diverse array of intelligence products, integrating interactive graphics with text, audio, and video to produce multimedia finished intelligence products that are both informative and visually appealing. You will be responsible for producing dynamic content that adheres to the Intelligence Community (IC) published standards, which may include podcasts and audio segments. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior designers, providing them with technical guidance and support to enhance their skills and contributions to the team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for design and a proven ability to convey complex analytical thoughts through compelling visual storytelling. You will be expected to work independently, demonstrating a high level of initiative and creativity while producing timely and logical graphics that effectively communicate complex issues. Your role will also involve applying your knowledge of IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance and security in all produced materials.
