About the position

The Senior Interface Architect will lead the management and maintenance of system integrations within the HR/Finance system and middleware architecture. This role focuses on supporting Workday integrations, incident management, and ensuring data integrity through analysis and problem resolution. The architect will set technical direction, establish best practices, and oversee the implementation of critical interfaces, driving innovation and optimal performance in integrated healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee management and maintenance of system integrations within HR/Finance and middleware architecture.
  • Support Workday inbound and outbound integrations, incident management, and integration monitoring.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis, coding, and problem resolution.
  • Set technical direction and establish best practices for interface architecture.
  • Manage all aspects of interface projects and coordinate with internal department teams.
  • Define business specifications for new and enhanced interfaces with user community.
  • Map standard interface functionality to business specifications.
  • Manage interface definition and configuration with business process teams.
  • Resolve interface issues reported from user acceptance testing.
  • Provide technical support for implemented interfaces, diagnosing and reporting defects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5 years' experience in interface architecture and programming.
  • Extensive proficiency in relevant interface technologies and tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding technical teams and setting architectural direction.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with executive stakeholders.
  • Proficient in interface design patterns and best practices.

  • Experience in healthcare systems integration.
  • Knowledge of Workday integration tools and methodologies.
