About the position

The Senior Interior Designer will manage interior design projects, set and manage client expectations, and oversee project documentation and drawings. This role involves leading client meetings, presentations, and site visits while ensuring accuracy and quality throughout all project phases.

Responsibilities

• Manage interior design projects and client relationships.
• Produce project drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Perform product research and review furniture specifications.
• Lead client presentations and prepare materials boards.
• Oversee project documentation including CAD production.
• Establish the interiors department and library within the office.

Requirements

• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 7+ years of commercial design experience.
• NCIDQ certification (required).
• Knowledge of LEED V4, WELL standards, and interior building codes.
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, and rendering software.
• Strong communication, self-direction, and attention to detail.
