About the position

As a Senior Interior Designer on the Justice+Civic team at DLR Group, you will be responsible for developing designs from conception through construction administration. This role involves leading project design efforts, client interactions, and presentations while mentoring staff and fostering a collaborative work environment. You will also participate in business development activities and contribute to firm research and development projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop designs from conception through construction administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
  • NCIDQ Certification.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Public-sector and/or Government design industry.
  • Proficient in computer modeling and rendering software.
  • Ability to work independently and in a cross-disciplinary team atmosphere.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, team building, and time management skills.
