About The Position

The Senior Internal Communications Manager at Worldwide Clinical Trials is responsible for executing the internal communications strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values. This role involves generating compelling content, managing the distribution of internal communications materials, and supporting internal change management and employee engagement initiatives. The manager will also measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and stay updated on best practices in internal communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in internal communications or a related area.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality communications under tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and effective team player.

  • Experience in Monday.com.
  • Experience with change management and employee engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms, including content management systems and generative AI tools.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the internal communications strategy that aligns goals and objectives to enterprise messaging.
  • Generate compelling content and manage the distribution of internal communications materials, including newsletters, emails, intranet content, videos, and presentations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to support internal change management project communications and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Drive execution of routine communication touchpoints such as all-hands meetings, webinars, focus groups, and newsletters.
  • Lead the planning, presentation development, and successful execution of communications deliverables.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of internal communications strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of internal communications best practices and emerging trends.
