About the position

The Senior Internal Communications Manager at Clever is responsible for facilitating effective communication across the organization, ensuring that all employees are aligned with the company's strategic objectives and mission. This role involves managing content for company-wide meetings, supporting executives in key communication moments, and developing frameworks to measure and improve internal communications effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Drive communication initiatives and content development around company strategic objectives and operating plans.
• Manage agendas and content for company-wide meetings, including bi-monthly all-hands and quarterly Q&As.
• Partner with the Head of Brand Marketing and executive team to execute effective communication strategies.
• Support the CEO and other executives on key communication moments such as external speaking events and media briefings.
• Develop a framework for measuring and improving internal communications effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Identify opportunities to improve and scale internal and leadership communication efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven internal communications experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, or enterprise environments.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills with a journalistic ability to tell inspiring stories.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• A creative and measurable approach to storytelling and communication.
