About the position

This position will focus on internal communication initiatives for Commercial Banking (CB) at Wells Fargo. The individual contributor in this role will provide communication support for business priorities including growth initiatives, diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I), employee engagement, and risk management. The role can be based in either Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN, with a requirement to be in the office three days a week. The Wells Fargo job profile for this position is Senior Communications Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for executing internal communications strategies and plans that align with business priorities. This includes writing and editing key messages, talking points, articles, emails, and other content aimed at informing target audiences. You will also identify internal and external storytelling opportunities that highlight progress on key priorities, manage email distribution and publishing through Content Express and Adobe Experience Manager, and coordinate town hall logistics including event invitations, distribution lists, and feedback reporting. Additionally, you will manage and monitor Commercial Banking communication mailboxes, partner with the DE&I Council to publish and distribute a monthly DE&I toolkit for managers, and collaborate with peers to provide communication support for special projects. Tracking and measuring results to ensure alignment with intended outcomes and business objectives will also be a critical part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Execute internal communications strategies and plans that support business priorities

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
