About the position

Invibes - a highly ambitious international technology company that specialises in in-feed online advertising - is looking for an International Advertising Director to join its expanding international sales team (based in London and Amsterdam) and to promote its multi-market advertising offer. Responsibilities

  • Develop and diversify international clients' portfolios across Europe, focusing on global brands and media agencies.
  • Identify relevant international accounts within the agencies and advertisers to drive the relationship building process at multiple levels and increase revenue from multi-market campaigns.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the sales process including prospection, client presentations, responses to client briefs, making proposals, negotiations, final close, retention, internal coordination for campaign management and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers inside agencies' and advertisers' international teams.
  • Become an expert in Invibes' capabilities and international offer to advocate Invibes and connect the right opportunities with agencies and their clients.
  • Proactively identify and seek out new clients to drive international campaigns sales.
  • Manage the sales forecast and achieve the revenue target for accounts in charge.
  • Directly report to the Group Sales Director.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in international advertising sales and business development.
  • Strong network of UK-based and NL-based agencies and brands as well as relationships with international advertising accounts.
  • Experience in meeting or exceeding high sales targets and managing international client relationships.
  • Proven experience in negotiating and selling 6-figure multi-market online ad campaigns.
  • Good understanding of the international marketing and media landscape and expertise in selling various formats of online advertising (video, display, traffic, native, etc.) as a managed service and programmatic.
  • Real 'hunting' mentality and passion for daily sales tasks: prospection, meetings, product presentation, after work, and events.
  • Positive mindset.
