As the Senior Inventory Control Manager at GXO, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Inventory Control department, ensuring that all company policies are adhered to while maintaining the integrity of inventory records. Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Inventory Control department members, ensuring company policies are followed
  • Maintain the integrity of inventory records while following established procedures
  • Research complex transaction histories to reconcile discrepancies
  • Provide leadership and training to accomplish company goals and objectives
  • Coordinate activities for team members, ensuring effective use of productive working hours
  • Investigate all facets of facilities operations to troubleshoot processes and recommend improvements

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in inventory control, including supervisory experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office

  • Bachelor's degree
  • APICS and/or CSCMP certifications
  • Solid time management and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
