About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior iOS Developer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in developing publicly available iOS applications that meet the highest standards of quality and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Swift and Objective-C, with a proven track record of delivering successful applications to the App Store. You will be working in a hybrid environment, with the flexibility to work from our offices in Westlake, TX, Durham, NC, Boston, MA, or Merrimack, NH, while being required to be in the office for only 5 days a month. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the test strategy and setting up a Test Automation framework for our iOS applications. Your expertise in frameworks such as Appium or XCode will be essential in ensuring that our applications are robust and reliable. You will also participate in the entire app development lifecycle, from inception to launch, utilizing automated tooling like Jenkins and Azure DevOps to streamline our processes. Your contributions will directly impact the quality and success of our products in the marketplace. As a Senior iOS Developer, you will also have the opportunity to mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented environment. Your leadership will help shape the skills and careers of other developers, ensuring that our team continues to grow and excel in delivering high-quality iOS applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop publicly available iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C.
• Define test strategy and set up Test Automation framework for iOS apps.
• Participate in the entire app development lifecycle from inception to launch.
• Utilize automated tooling like Jenkins and Azure DevOps for app development.
• Mentor and coach junior iOS developers in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience developing publicly available iOS apps using Swift 5 and/or Objective-C.
• Verifiable experience as an iOS developer using Swift, Objective-C, Cocoa Touch, UIKit, and XCode in an agile environment.
• Experience in defining test strategy and setting up Test Automation framework for iOS apps using frameworks like Appium or XCode.
• Participated in the release of at least 1 publicly available app to the App Store from inception to launch.
