About the position

The Senior IP Litigation Attorney position is a non-partner track role within a prestigious Houston litigation boutique, focusing on intellectual property litigation. The role requires significant hands-on experience in managing patent litigation matters and offers immediate responsibility in an active trial practice, providing opportunities for trial involvement within the first year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze patents, prior art, and products to formulate infringement and validity positions.
• Draft and respond to discovery, and manage discovery disputes.
• Write and respond to motions at all stages of the case.
• Manage document collection, review, and production efforts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IP litigation.
• Significant hands-on experience managing patent litigation matters.
