About the position

This position is hybrid/remote and can sit in the footprint of Providence in the states of WA, OR, CA, TX, and MT. The ideal candidate would reside in Renton/Seattle, WA, Portland/Beaverton, OR, or Irvine, CA main office locations. This is a full-time hybrid position where remote work will be considered. The Senior IS Applications Analyst, Operations (Back-end & Automation Support) is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Azure database, Python, C Sharp, and more. This role may lead medium projects and work teams and will work on several complex business automations and/or reporting requirements. The analyst will analyze and evaluate existing or proposed reporting solutions and modify procedures to process data and report efficiently. Typically, this position deals with users to determine appropriate requirements for reporting and automation. Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable. Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Azure database, Python, C Sharp, and other technologies.
  • Lead medium projects and work teams on complex business automations and reporting requirements.
  • Analyze and evaluate existing or proposed reporting solutions and modify procedures for efficient data processing and reporting.
  • Determine appropriate requirements for reporting and automation by engaging with users.
  • Define and collect metrics to support service intelligence analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce, or a combination of education and relevant experience (at least 5 years of relevant experience).
  • 5 years of related experience; more preferred.
  • 2 years demonstrated ability to successfully execute medium to complex projects; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and resilience modeling; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems.
