About the position

This is a remote role for a Senior IS Applications Analyst at Providence, where the individual will demonstrate full use and application of standard principles, theories, and concepts related to technical disciplines. The role involves providing solutions to a variety of moderately complex problems, managing more complex projects, and establishing and implementing new or revised system requirements or procedures. The analyst will analyze user requirements, develop, and implement systems for moderately complex processes, and lead activities of project teams. Mentoring and assisting others in support of applications, projects, and goals is also a key responsibility. The analyst will initiate, coordinate, or lead course corrections to stay on schedule while providing professional support for a large multi-facility healthcare organization. The position requires the analyst to partner, collaborate, and extend effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external contacts, vendors, and stakeholders on behalf of Providence St. Joseph Health and Services. The analyst will work collaboratively with colleagues across PSJHS in the delivery of specific cross-departmental projects and efforts. Responsibilities

  • Manage complex projects and establish new or revised system requirements or procedures.
  • Analyze user requirements and develop systems for moderately complex processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services or equivalent education/experience.
  • 7 years of Build analyst experience in Electronic Health Record and Health Information Systems, Analytics, Technology, and Integration.
