About the position

The Senior IT Change Manager will serve as a key figure in managing changes within the IT organization, focusing on the development and adoption of change frameworks and best practices. This role involves assessing the impact of changes due to new technologies, planning and facilitating change management initiatives, and ensuring the right resources are in place for upcoming changes on the IT roadmap. The individual will leverage the IT strategic plan to create a roadmap for successful change implementation across various projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Support change impact assessments across projects and teams to identify efficiencies and resource needs.
• Develop communication and training plans to support upskilling for cloud and other technologies.
• Advise and support IT and project teams in applying change management frameworks and practices.
• Understand the scope and vision of cloud modernization initiatives and assess the impact on stakeholders.
• Identify how stakeholders will be affected in their day-to-day operations due to changes from legacy technologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in change management and/or transformation programs in regulated industries.
• Experience with cloud modernization transformation initiatives and change management strategy.
• Deep experience in applying change management methodologies and tools.
• Experience leading complex and large-scale business change initiatives.
• Experience guiding culture and behavioral change.
• Experience with UX and business process design.
• Experience developing and delivering executive-level messaging and presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Certification in at least one change methodology (CCMP, Prosci, etc.) is highly preferred.
