About the position

The Senior IT Infrastructure Technical Specialist at Worley is responsible for delivering services and project outcomes for a major sustainability project. This role requires advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to translate strategic direction into tactical plans. The specialist will act as a liaison between project teams and Worley Digital, ensuring alignment with project objectives and requirements while managing operational aspects of IT services.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with various teams on operational aspects of services to meet or exceed service levels.
  • Execute operations, reporting, and continuous improvement of infrastructure services and products.
  • Ensure stability, capacity, and performance of services, adjusting as needed to maintain service levels.
  • Collaborate with IT organizations on ITIL service management processes.
  • Oversee adherence to Asset/Inventory Management by service teams.
  • Provide critical executive/client support.
  • Participate in Disaster Recovery activities including planning and testing.
  • Work with local regulatory bodies as required.
  • Support the Strategic Relationship Management function by ensuring effective communication between SRM and the business.
  • Oversee asset disposal processes and ensure compliance with disposal procedures.
  • Facilitate onboarding support for new hires and hiring managers.
  • Assist in procurement activities at local and regional levels.
  • Manage telecom expenses including procurement and invoicing.
  • Oversee unsupported applications and associated licensing hardware.
  • Identify, document, and resolve infrastructure issues affecting users.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions for complex issues.
  • Organize time and information for high productivity and adapt to changing environments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Infrastructure & Operations, preferably in a global organization.
  • 5+ years experience assessing the impact of business operations on Infrastructure & Operations.
  • Experience with deployment of Infrastructure & Operations international standards and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 suite, Active Directory, SCCM, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, O365 Admin Center, Visio, and Apple iPadOS.
  • Strong communication skills to persuade and influence others.
  • Understanding of ECPM industry and related Infrastructure & Operations Services requirements.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with O365 Admin Center and Apple iPadOS is preferred.
