About the position

The Senior IT Process Risk and Compliance Analyst is responsible for developing and supporting IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, metrics, and reporting. This role focuses on IT risk management, compliance, and audit functions, ensuring adherence to established frameworks and methodologies. The analyst will leverage their expertise in IT processes to assess risks and implement compliance measures effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support ITSM processes, metrics, and reporting.
• Conduct IT risk assessments and ensure compliance with relevant frameworks.
• Collaborate with teams to implement ITIL processes such as Asset Management, Incident Management, and Change Management.
• Utilize GRC and Project Management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow for effective project tracking and management.
• Maintain a strong understanding of IT infrastructure components including servers, databases, and storage solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in developing or supporting ITSM processes and metrics.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT risk management, compliance, audit, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of IT processes, risk assessment methodologies, and compliance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, NIST).
• Proficient in ITIL processes including Asset Management, Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Level Management.
• Experience with GRC/Project Management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Professional certification in ITIL or similar.
• Banking/Financial Services background.
