About the position

The Senior IT Product Manager will focus on delivering solutions for Commercial Sales capabilities, enhancing and supporting key sales enablement functions. This role requires expertise in IT product management and business systems analysis, particularly in case management, scheduling, and calendar management tools. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business and technology to ensure that commercial sales systems are operationally effective, scalable, and efficient, driving business success.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development and execution of product strategies to optimize and enhance sales capabilities, focusing on improving workflows, case management, and scheduling systems.
  • Evaluate existing systems and processes, determine areas for improvement and ensure optimal integration of business and technology functions.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and IT teams to gather and document business requirements and ensure that system designs meet both functional and technical needs.
  • Create solutions that address business challenges in case management, scheduling, and calendar management.
  • Operate as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to promote solution alignment with business objectives and user requirements.
  • Lead system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the final product is robust, scalable, and meets requirements.
  • Provide support for commercial sales capabilities, including troubleshooting issues, training users, and managing product updates or system enhancements.
  • Work closely with vendors to deliver system solutions that satisfy organizational needs, ensuring delivery on time and on budget.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing or supporting sales enablement tools, specifically in case management, scheduling, and calendar management capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of IT product management and business systems analysis, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and their integration with other business processes.
  • Ability to oversee cross-functional projects, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, managing product backlogs, and working within sprint cycles.
  • Prior hands-on experience in IT product management or business systems analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops or focus groups to gather user feedback and business requirements.
  • Knowledge of sales operations, with experience optimizing or automating workflows.
